The caregiver must also agree to be photographed to apply for caregiver status.

To qualify for a California caregiver card, a caregiver must fulfill precisely what the patient needs from a caregiver. The law stipulates that caregivers in this state must be parents or guardians if the patient is under the age of 18, must consistently be responsible for the patient’s well-being, be willing to assist with the administration when necessary, and not be the patient’s primary care physician.

California marijuana possession and cultivation laws

It’s like SB 420 and SB 94 updated the 1996 Compassionate Use Act, adding a few things.
